If you do not appear in court on your selected date and time, your appeal will be automatically denied according to Section 8-1 of the MTSU Parking Regulations. However, waiving your right to appear is not subject to this regulation. Court dockets are limited and slots are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Note: Circumstances such as ignorance of the parking rules and regulations and/or the law (i.e. I only parked there for a few minutes; I couldn't find anywhere else to park; I didn't want to be late for class, etc.) typically do not constitute a sufficient reason for voiding a ticket.

Decisions of the Court of Traffic Appeals are final. You cannot appeal their decision.
